Train ride

Here we are getting ready for the train ride at Griffith Park.

Pony rides

We went for a pony ride near the LA Zoo. The first pony was really slow and I kept saying "Make it go faster."

You must be 3 years old to ride the faster ponies. Mom kind of bent the truth to get me on a faster horse. They doubted her, especially since I had just ridden 5 minutes earlier and dad had told them I was 2 and a half. They asked me my age, and I told them "I need a faster horse".

Here I am getting ready for the big ride.

Help! This pony is going really fast! Mom!

Oranges

Went to see Aunt Christina, Uncle Grant, and cousin Audrey today. At night we went to a Christmas party (Aunt Christina's birthday party).

Highlight? "I ate a lot of oranges."

Hmm, what's in the box?

Wow a big train set for Christmas!

Yeah, I was pretty happy.

I'll be reporting more on this later.

My third white elephant party at Lydia and Tom's

Chatting with Dad's old roommate Debbie

My third white elephant party at Lydia and Tom's - My number is 10!

Ok, a little history about this white elephant party, dad's friends Lydia and Tom host an annual white elephant party, but then it got really competitive last year since one of the kid got a remote control racing car and his mom protected it from being traded. My mom (of course other parents too) got really pissed. As a new rule this year, all the kids got to pick their own gifts, and only the "adults" can play the white elephant game.

I am anxiously waiting for my number to be called.

My third white elephant party at Lydia and Tom's - continue

Mommy was worried about me since I picked up the smallest box.

Great anticipation from the other kids!

A MP3 player, Best of all! Mommy got a check printer which is greatly out-of-date and daddy picked up a pair of stocking holder (later on confisted by Debbie that they are from her, they were so heavy that they destroy her wall).

Toby

Today I told dad, "Toby is a tram engine that can go up steep mountains and bring down rocks for the dump truck to take to build a house."

Pedaling a tricycle

Today I started pedaling a tricycle. I was pretty tired after pedaling a couple times, though. Maybe I'll stick to walking for now.

Ears

Today dad asked me "Can I grab your ears?" and I told him "No daddy, my ears are my toy."

A day on the (Lemos) Farm

The owner of the farm drove us around on my first ride. I like the train ride so much I did it three times, with daddy, with mommy, and with daddy and mommy together.

I got the last minute instruction from the trainer: "This horse has been primed for this race; keep him close to the pace and when the early runners fade go to the whip - and come home early."

An easy start:

Is this your top speed? Go faster!

Now he stopped to drink some water:

I told the trainer "I need a faster horse"!

A comfy ride

Tongue fights

A day on the (Lemos) Farm - miscellaneous stuff

Something else worth noting:

I couldn't ride the excavater because it was all wet.

I went to feed the goats but they were so aggressive (they licked my hand, gross), I don't like it.

Bike race

Hobbly horse ride

Thanksgiving meal

An adventurer -- hunting fish in the wild

Are they twins?
